keis.studio is run by Hernan Case, from Argentina. This page says what data the site handles, why, and who else touches it on the way. It is short because there is little to say: the site has no accounts, no analytics and no ads.

What the site collects

Only what you type into the project brief form:

What it is used for

To read your brief and reply to it. It is not used for marketing, it is not added to any list, and it is not sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes.

Who handles it on the way

keis.studio does not run its own servers. These services process the data so the form works:

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from the site itself. The only third-party piece loaded is the Turnstile check, which may use browser storage for its own purpose as the addendum above explains.

How long it is kept

There is no database. Your brief lives as an email in the mailbox for as long as the conversation or a possible project needs it, and no longer than that. Ask and it gets deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data you sent. Write to hello@keis.studio and the request is handled there.

Data protection in Argentina is governed by Law 25.326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the control body and takes complaints from data subjects.

Where the data goes

The services above run on servers in several countries, so your data may be processed outside Argentina and outside your own country.

Changes

If any of this changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
